The Laurenz house is part of the architectural heritage of Bolzano's old town. TRENDY can accommodate up to six guests in two bedrooms. The beds are double beds measuring 180x200. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a comfortable bed for two if desired. The kitchen is spacious and has a pleasant balcony while the living area opens onto a beautiful terrace facing the street. The flat has two bathrooms ( a master bathroom and a small guest bathroom ). In the house we offer space for storing bicycles.
