Terms and conditions

The rental contract is between BOOKING BOLZANO S.r.l. (landlord) with VAT no. IT2864090218 and registered office in Via Piave 7B, and tenants (name given when booking), for the rental of the booked apartment/room under the following legal conditions:

 

Duration: The term of the rental contract is the days specified on the booking and begins on the date of check-in.

 

Payment: The tenant agrees to pay the rental fee to Booking Bolzano S.r.l. during the cancellation policy period.

 

Cancellation: Free cancellation is only possible for bookings with the cancelable rate that provides/allows it.

 

Prices: The prices shown on the website include VAT. Please note that the City Tax is NOT included and will be debited with the booking.

 

Cleaning and bedding: The final cleaning as well as towels and bed linen for the booked number of guests are included in the price.

 

Responsibility: Tenants must keep the premises in good condition, clean and ready to rent and only use the premises in a diligent and lawful manner. At the end of the lease, the tenants must leave the premises in a condition ready for rent, which is defined by the landlord as immediately habitable for the next tenants. Renters agree that if renters cause damage to the premises or its furnishings or if they leave it in an excessively dirty state, the landlord will debit the cost of the credit card provided as a guarantee. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the accommodation (fine from €25.00 to €250.00). It is not allowed to let in people who are not listed as guests in the contract. We ask you to respect the quiet times and avoid excessive noise from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. It is not allowed to change the facility in any way or to steal individual pieces from it (penalty in the amount of the value of the stolen object).

 

Restitution: The tenant must leave the room/apartment on the agreed check-out date and time. If this is not respected, a fine will be due.

 

Emergency calls: Our emergency number is active outside office hours for emergencies. However, please note that if the situation is not an emergency, a penalty will apply.

                                                                                         

Other: For anything not mentioned in this contract, we refer to the relevant Italian legal frameworks.
