The Laurenz house is part of the architectural heritage of Bolzano's old town. MODERNO can accommodate up to six people in two bedrooms that have one double bed and two single beds. The sofa bed in the living room can be turned into a comfortable bed for two more guests. The kitchen is spacious and has a pleasant balcony. The flat has two bathrooms (one master and one small guest bathroom). In the house we offer space for storing bicycles.
