The flats consist of a living area, from here stairs lead up to the bedrooms where the rooms contribute to a cocooning effect. The flat number six has a bedroom with a double bed and a convertible sofa for two additional guests. All kitchens are fully equipped, with mini wine cellars (the wine selection the guest wishes to taste can be booked prior to arrival).
Note: There is a construction site near the building. The construction site is only active on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
